Return and Refund Policy for Nordic FZCO
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected].
Return Process:
Once your return is approved, ship the product back to our specified address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange a suitable replacement. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including products that have been opened and used.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Contact [email protected] to cancel.
